Test Lead | MOROCCO (Morocco)

As a Test Lead, you will join AXA GBS MOROCCO in the Transformation and Technologies department, which uses Agile methods. As part of digital change, you will be in charge of making sure our applications, given to customers and staff, are of good quality. You will manage testing tasks in your area to create products that are high-quality, follow rules, and match what's needed and what users want. You will be the main person for the testing plan, creating and keeping it up-to-date for your part of the work.

Plan & Handling Risks:

• Find risks in projects and manage how to reduce them.
• Decide on testing priorities and what to test based on how important the project is.
• Set up how testing will be done, what's needed before testing, and the rules for starting and finishing testing steps.
• Manage testing places, systems, and tools to make sure testing runs smoothly.

Planning & Doing Tests:

• Organize and lead testing tasks, including creating and running tests.
• Check how good the product is and finish testing stages, making sure any problems found are fixed.
• Describe testing requirements, steps, and see where tests can be done automatically.
• Create and keep automatic tests updated according to the rules.
• Run manual and automatic tests, look at the results, and find any differences.
• Write test reports, including test summaries, problem reports, and quality reports.
• Watch and look at testing numbers (KPIs) and measures of software quality.

Leading & Getting Better:

• Guide and help Test Engineers with their daily work and growing their skills.
• Help improve how things are done by leading a group within the Agile Team.
• Help make testing records and best practices better.

Education: Degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science or similar areas.

Experience: Real experience in testing using Agile methods; know about testing ways, steps, and tools.

Skills:

• Careful and pay attention to details, with good skills in thinking and putting information together.
• Good at talking and working with others.
• Know about basic IT, writing code (scripting), and tools for automation.

Language: Speaks English very well.
