the Test Lead's main missions are:

• To lead and operationally manage their Squad, and support the development of their testers to meet the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management.
• To define, organize, and conduct manual and automated test campaigns with the goal of ensuring quality.
• To create, execute, monitor, and maintain manual and automated tests related to UAT packs and Smoke tests based on technical and functional evolutions.
• To ensure overall validation of deliveries with the Business - To be the guarantor of the quality of production deliveries.
 

You have a Master's degree (Bac+4) or higher and 2 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar role.
Good command of English, both written and spoken (international team).

Good understanding of the testing cycle, from gathering user requirements to designing and executing tests, both manual and automatic.
• Strong command of agile methods.
• Proficiency in testing tools (knowledge of AzureDevops, JIRA…).
• Good knowledge of test automation tools: Selenium…
• Good knowledge of databases (SQL Server).
• Proficiency in reporting tools.
• Good knowledge of Web Services.
• Knowledge of scripting and development languages.
