General Mission:
The versatile educational officer is responsible for the daily management of the students' school life at the institution and must report on hygiene, health, general behavior, and student attendance; as well as the rationalization and optimization of resources.
Main Mission:
• Participate in the organization and implementation of the institution's educational, training, and social activities;
• Supervise students during breaks and during their entries and exits;
• Participate in the monitoring and follow-up of student attendance and their behavior within the institution;
• Participate in the organization and management of the school year start;
• Ensure general compliance with the institution's internal regulations;
• Contribute to student protection and ensure the maintenance of spaces and property as well as the cleanliness of the premises;
• Periodically serve as a boarding school supervisor;
• Participate in the management of the duty roster;
• Contribute to the management of student conflicts;
• Assist the general supervisor in organizing daily collective life outside of class time, in connection with the educational life within the institution;
• Participate in the animation of students' cultural, sports, and artistic activities;
• Assist the teaching staff in supervising homework sessions;
• Participate in the organization of student selection tests.
Profile Sought:
• Diploma of at least Bac+3 level with a specialization in education or social work;
• Previous experience in the educational field would be desirable;
• Proficiency in computer tools (office suite);
• Good command of spoken and written French; English would be an asset;
• First aid training would be desirable.
