Could you be the full-time Project Assistant in Oslo,Norway we’re looking for?



Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your project assistant expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and motivated teammates.


You will be responsible for providing a confidential, effective, and professional service to the Project Director and the team. Furthermore, you’ll assist the Project Director to ensure time efficiency and support the team in achieving key milestones. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, communications, and operations), coordinate key activities, and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of managing schedules, facilitating effective communication, and supporting project planning, but also contribute to maintaining key project dashboards and organizing communication events.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Providing project assistance and administrative support


  • Managing and recording annual leave for the project team


  • Liaising with the project team to gather information for the Project Manager


  • Compiling reports for project reviews


  • Arranging meetings, including room bookings, equipment, and refreshments


  • Handling travel arrangements such as flights, hotel bookings, and visas


  • Managing expense sheets in e-tools


  • Diary management and scheduling


  • Preparing agendas, writing meeting minutes, and creating PowerPoint presentations


  • Managing purchase requests and invoice payments


  • Providing onboarding support for new team members


  • Supporting critical tasks for key project milestones


  • Building and publishing a quarterly newsletter


  • Leading the organization of specific communication events


  • Maintaining project KPI dashboards and leading improvement initiatives


  • Updating the Project Management Plan and other relevant project plans


  • Planning project activities in Norway
