The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting hotel performance data, preparing reports and dashboards, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and assisting with feasibility studies, investment analysis and due diligence. The role will also contribute to performance improvement initiatives and the sharing of best practices across the portfolio.

  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and key hospitality performance indicators.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, STR, HotStats or similar platforms would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
