We are supporting a hospitality investment and asset management group in Oman with the appointment of an Operations Asset Manager to join their Asset Management department.
This is an owner-side hotel portfolio role, focused on overseeing hotel performance, challenging operator results, reviewing financial and commercial performance, and supporting long-term asset value creation.
This is not a day-to-day hotel property operations role. The position is best suited to a hospitality professional with strong experience in hotel asset management, owner representation, hospitality advisory, corporate hotel operations, hotel finance, or revenue and commercial performance.
Role Overview
The Operations Asset Manager will represent the owner's interests across a portfolio of hotel assets. The role will monitor hotel performance, review operator submissions, assess risks and opportunities, and provide clear recommendations to support operational improvement, commercial performance, governance, and investment decision-making.
