An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Principal Architect to join a leading international design consultancy in Oman. This is a chance to take on a senior leadership role, shaping landmark projects while mentoring design teams and driving innovation.


What you’ll do:


  • Lead design teams on large-scale, complex projects from concept to delivery.
  • Provide key design leadership and direction at early and critical stages of projects.
  • Act as the client’s main design contact, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Drive design excellence, sustainability, and innovation across projects.
  • Mentor and support junior architects while contributing to bids and business development.

What we’re looking for:


  • B.Arch or M.Arch with 15+ years’ experience in international architectural consultancies.
  • Proven track record leading design on high-profile projects in the Middle East.
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in design management, team leadership, and authority approvals.
  • Professional registration (RIBA, AIA, LEED) is highly desirable.
