  • Track document expiration dates, credential renewals, and CAQH attestations to ensure continuous provider compliance and participation.
  • Maintain accurate records of enrollment statuses, payer IDs, approvals, effective dates, and related credentialing activities.
  • Escalate complex issues, payer delays, application rejections, missing documentation, or closed panel situations to senior team members or management for resolution.
  • Support operational readiness by coordinating with internal teams to ensure providers are prepared for billing and service delivery following enrollment approval.
  • Adhere to departmental procedures, quality standards, compliance requirements, and established service level expectations while performing credentialing and enrollment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare, provider enrollment, credentialing, or medical billing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications.
  • Ability to work in US timings.
