We are building a next-generation PIM System which defines how we acquire, aggregate, normalize and syndication a huge amount of data to different targets using state-of-the-art technologies. This is a great opportunity for seasoned Java developers & architects to become part of a great product development team and grow their careers by working on cutting-edge technologies and solve problems involving a huge amount of data, high availability and scalability in a distributed environment.


As a Junior Java Developer, you will contribute to building and maintaining parts of our products under the guidance of senior team members. You’ll have opportunities to learn about software design, implementation, and team collaboration. You should be enthusiastic about software engineering, eager to apply object-oriented principles and design patterns, and open to learning functional programming and test-driven development. You’ll work in agile teams, contributing to small, incremental improvements through continuous delivery. You take pride in writing clean, secure, and reliable code, and are motivated to understand how your code performs in real-world environments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in developing and maintaining software features under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems and implement solutions.
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code primarily in Java.
  • Participate in the development of high-performance, scalable applications.
  • Contribute to the design and development of APIs using object-oriented principles.
  • Engage in agile development practices such as Scrum.
  • Learn and work with TypeScript and Node.js as part of full-stack development.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning and growth with support from a mentor.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or in progress/final year).
  • 0–6 months of experience in software development (internships or academic projects count).
  • Familiarity with Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Exposure to automated testing and debugging techniques.
  • Basic understanding of containerization tools like Docker.
  • Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
  • Interest or experience in working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or ElasticSearch.
  • Understanding of web technologies and RESTful APIs.
  • Willingness to learn and work with TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software quality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
