Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with development teams to optimise application performance and facilitate seamless deployments.
  • Performing cost analysis and optimising cloud expenditure to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Creating and maintaining clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key qualifications include:



  • Proven professional experience in a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Solid experience with containerisation technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • A thorough understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and implementing automated pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a remote team.
