Grade: L2 Location: Islamabad Last Date to Apply: 17 July 2026 What is the Expert L&D role?
Expert L&D at JazzWorld works closely with divisional teams and learning champions across JazzWorld and translate business priorities into high-quality learning content, sessions, and AI-enabled delivery.
This role sits within the Learning and Culture department within the People & Organization Division at Jazz, reporting directly to the Manager Leadership Development.
Key stakeholders include Divisional HODs and learning champions across JazzWorld.
This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.
What does Expert L&D do?
Acts as the first point of contact for divisional learning support, including designing dedicated programmes to serve specific business needs.
Authors and builds instructionally sound learning content and interactive/gamified experiences (scenarios, simulations, microlearning) for JazzWorld and its OpCos where applicable, using structured design principles and authoring/animation tools.
Designs and manages multi-format learning sessions, including content design, delivery, and broadcasting.
Identifies manual, repetitive L&D processes and automates them using AI tools to reduce turnaround time and manual effort.
Applies varied learning techniques (scenario-based, microlearning, spaced reinforcement, gamification) across content and sessions to increase learner engagement and content uptake.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert L&D?
4-5 years of experience in learning and development Business-fluent and tech-savvy — quickly absorbs business context, translates it into clear, structured learning content with minimal SME hand-holding, and stays current on leading enterprise technologies such as AI, cloud computing, process automation, and enterprise data platforms.
Hands-on with authoring software, basic graphic design, and basic animation tools, with the ability to build a polished learning module independently, start to finish Proactive about identifying repetitive manual work and prototyping AI-enabled fixes; comfortable prototyping with AI tools without needing to be an engineer or developer Strong stakeholder management skills, able to manage multiple competing, senior stakeholders across divisions with a genuine customer-service attitude Experience designing business-need-driven learning programmes for multiple stakeholders in a matrixed or multi-business-unit organization
