HRSI is hiring on behalf of a reputable pharmaceutical client based in Lahore. We are seeking a competent and self-driven Hiring "Manager Human Resource" to manage day-to-day HR operations across a wide range of functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and employee engagement.

Position Title: Manager Human Resource (Generalist)
Location: Gulberg, Lahore (On-site)
Industry: Pharmaceutical


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to assess and fulfill hiring needs.
    Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and employee records through HRMIS and manual tracking systems.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and routine HR matters.
  • Support the annual performance appraisal cycle and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement and training activities.
  • Contribute to HR policy implementation, process improvement, and organizational development efforts.
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
