Manager-Procurement – Site is responsible for executing day-to-day procurement activities at the project site. The role supports the site execution and planning teams by ensuring timely sourcing, ordering, and delivery of materials, consumables, and hired services. It involves close coordination with local vendors, stores, QA/QC, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards.


Coordinate with planning and execution teams to understand daily and weekly material and service requirements based on project work schedules and BOQs. ? Prepare and float enquiries to registered and approved local vendors for required items and services, ensuring specifications, quantities, and timelines are clearly communicated. ?  Collect quotations and prepare basic comparative statements to support procurement decisions under the guidance of the site procurement lead. ?  Assist in evaluating quotations for pricing, availability, credit terms, and alignment with project budgets and technical specifications. ? Raise purchase/work orders in the ERP system (e.g., SAP) or as prescribed formats, and follow up with vendors for order acceptance and dispatch status.
