We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Retail Projects Manager to lead and manage Retail Projects, Furnishing Projects, and the Kitchens, Doors & Wardrobes (KDW) business category.
This role is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing project execution, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving business profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales, revenue, and profitability for Retail Projects, Furnishing Projects, and KDW categories.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong engagement with existing customers.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Supply Chain, and Installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project timelines, installation schedules, and issue resolution to deliver superior customer experiences.
Prepare annual budgets, track expenditures, and analyze performance against financial targets.
Review category performance and implement initiatives to improve sales, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and project management standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members while building future leadership capabilities.
Utilize SAP, IMOS, and related systems to monitor project performance and operational efficiency.
Prepare and present regular sales, project, and operational reports to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience in retail projects, furnishing projects, furniture, interiors, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, or construction-related industries.
Strong understanding of project management, sales operations, and customer relationship management.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and project management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
