Job description

  • Data platform: Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, semantic models, Power BI), four production workspaces
  • Data sources: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Locus WMS, Amazon seller/fulfillment, Shipsy TMS, ZKBio HR, Oracle GL
  • Purview instance: Enterprise, managed identity-based scan, governance domain ME live and published
  • Data classification programme: 22 business champions onboarded, training begins July 20
  • DQ commitment: Board-level data quality gate due July 31. DQ workstream is time-critical.
  • KPI programme: Wave 1 KPI definitions are in flight across all 4 verticals. Glossary terms must align with agreed definitions.

Requirements

Must Have


•Hands-on Microsoft Purview implementation: Unified Catalog, Data Map, Data Quality, and Classification


•Microsoft Fabric: OneLake, Lakehouse, semantic model integration with Purview


•Governance domain configuration: data products, glossary terms, OKRs, health controls


•Purview Data Quality: profiling, DQ rules, DQ scans, Critical Data Element tagging


•Sensitivity label and auto-classification rule setup


•Ability to work with business data owners, not just IT or engineering teams


Nice to Have


•Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail data environments


•Purview OKR and health management configuration


•Microsoft certification: SC-400 or DP-203 preferred


•Familiarity with federated or domain-based data governance models
