This position will:


  • Provide expert leadership and central governance oversight for complex program management assignments, supporting major company initiatives and global role review committee and intake within Privacy, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Proactively develop, manage, and maintain operational governance processes and stakeholder engagement, including governance charter oversight, strategic planning, and intake review for global operations.
  • Participate in dialogue with governance committee members and stakeholders to support a clear expectation of the governance process, action items and anticipated outcomes.
  • Establish and manage metrics and dashboard reflecting the global role review program’s health and operations, including volume of roles review, business areas supported and outcomes.
  • Advise functional leaders using deep professional knowledge and acumen, providing thought leadership in program management and broader business projects.
  • Develop and maintain an active understanding of data access controls, systems and tools needed to support various roles within the enterprise.
  • Recognized internally as a subject matter expert, leading functional teams or projects as needed.
  • Solve complex problems with a broad perspective, exercising proactivity, creativity, foresight, and judgment in planning and delivering initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with key Technology and Operations stakeholders and leaders, to proactive identify opportunities for issue identification and process improvement.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team with colleagues, leadership and matrixed business partners. Should be able to work with minimal supervision and should be able to take ownership of the program.
  • Prioritize tasks, proactively raise concerns/questions where appropriate for priority or engagement conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and proactively communicate to leadership when conflicts are anticipated or arise.
  • Interact with business stakeholders regularly through meetings, video/teleconferences, and email to understand business processes and business problems.

Responsibilities:



  • Participate in and lead standing governance meetings, ensuring accurate, timely and actionable guidance is provided.
  • Develop, refine and maintain governance documentation, including charter, policies, procedures and related records.  
  • Lead follow up discussions to ensure governance process outcomes are properly managed.
  • Support auditing of governance activities.
  • Be responsive to stakeholder inquiries regarding process and outcomes of the governance process.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder and internal client engagement and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with strategic business stakeholders to support issue identification and resolution.
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders in the governance process to support effective engagement and guidance.
  • Generate internal awareness for the governance program to increase program awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee documented outcomes of governance meetings for reporting to leadership.
  • Pursue intake process development and maturity that balances stakeholder experience and governance needs.
  • Develop and support risk management activities identified by leadership, through key governance stakeholders and other business stakeholders.
  • Manage and support Privacy, Legal, and Compliance program management activities and initiatives as may be assigned.
  • Pursue problem-solving to address unexpected challenges.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Work with minimal supervision and consistently meet deadlines.

Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management or related field.

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 to 12 years of experience overseeing governance or related business program functions.
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Legal or compliance functional exposure.
  • Program management, from initial development through maturity.
  • Experience in managing engagement with internal stakeholders and leaders.
  • Knowledge of analytics tool like Tableau / Data Insights.
  • Experience in overseeing and engaging in ServiceNow or contract lifecycle management workflows.
  • Healthcare industry exposure.
  • Seasoned understanding of corporate business operations, their purpose and functions (e.g. Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, etc.).
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and similar tools.
  • Project Management Professional certification.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working for and supporting global capabilities center operations, with an emphasis on growth and scaling of operations
