Responsibilities
* Collect, interpret, and analyse data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and valuable insights.
* Clean, validate, and prepare large datasets to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and integrity for analysis.
* Develop and implement data collection systems and analytical strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.
* Perform in-depth analysis to support a wide range of client projects and internal strategic initiatives.
* Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to effectively communicate findings to internal teams and external clients.
* Collaborate closely with consultants and project managers to understand client requirements and define key performance indicators.

Qualifications
* Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate information with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in SQL and demonstrable experience working with relational databases.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Experience with a programming language (such as Python or R) for data analysis is highly advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics is preferred.
* A proactive and self-motivated individual capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote setting.
