About the RoleWe're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate our growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers. In this role, you'll generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualify potential customers, and collaborate closely with the sales team to build a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and pipeline targets.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information and activity updates in the CRM.

  • Collaborate with the Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and sales performance.
What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in a similar outbound sales role within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Experience selling to the Indian market.
  • Proven success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • A strong learning mindset and passion for building a career in SaaS sales.
