Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Healthcare
Job Type: Full Time, Remote
Timings: 7 PM - 4 AM, Pakistan Time. 

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified meetings with healthcare organizations across the United States through outbound prospecting.
What You’ll Do
  • Make 150–250+ outbound calls daily using Apollo, JustCall, Elto, or similar power dialers.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach where appropriate.
  • Manage follow-ups through structured outreach sequences.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to improve messaging and conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of outbound B2B sales development or cold-calling experience.
  • Experience selling into the U.S. market.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
  • Strong objection-handling and communication skills.
  • Experience using Apollo, JustCall, Elto, Orum, Nooks, Aircall, or similar outbound sales platforms.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations.
  • Experience selling bookkeeping, accounting, financial services, or outsourced business services.
  • Familiarity with healthcare practices, clinics, physician groups, dental practices, home health agencies, or behavioral health organizations.
