Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a learning environment.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles to support team processes.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide team interactions and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to track and report project progress using relevant metrics and tools.
- Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving within team settings.
- Capability to foster a collaborative and transparent team culture that encourages continuous improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
