  • Engineering graduate in Mechanical/Production disciplines.
  • Overall experience of 6-12 yrs in Shouldcosting
  • 4yrs. min experience in manufacturing.
  • Excellent Knowledge of GD&T.
  • Should have excellent Process planning knowledge
  • Ability to interpret part drawings and assembly drawings.
  • Execution and report generation Knowledge of Should Cost tools like DFMA, Costimator, aPriori etc
  • In depth knowledge of Product Costing Methodology, Industrial engineering practices, Manufacturing Engineering practices, Manufacturing processes, Work-centers, Tooling etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • MS Office and computer proficiency.
  • Lead & own the process of preparation of should cost model with due consideration for applicable Standards per customer requirements
  • Ensure appropriate checking & review of all documents / reports before deliver to customer
  • Attend and close actions from project review meetings.
