About the job Store Driver Job Overview: 

People Perfect is looking for a reliable and responsible Store Driver who will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of hotel inventory, supplies, equipment, linens, and documents. The role requires strong driving skills, attention to inventory handling procedures, compliance with traffic regulations, and commitment to maintaining vehicle safety and operational efficiency.


Job Responsibilities: 
  • Transport inventory items, hotel supplies, linens, equipment, and store materials between designated locations safely and on schedule.
  • Load, unload, secure, and protect goods during transit to prevent damage, breakage, or loss.
  • Verify dispatched items against delivery notes, gate passes, and inventory records before departure.
  • Obtain receiving signatures and delivery acknowledgments from authorized personnel.
  • Submit completed delivery documentation and records to the concerned department daily.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking tires, brakes, fluid levels, lights, and overall vehicle condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance of the assigned vehicle.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and registration requirements with management.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company transportation policies.
  • Safeguard vehicle keys, fuel cards, registration documents, and other company assets.
  • Assist with urgent deliveries, special assignments, and operational support tasks as assigned by management.
  • Maintain accurate fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance records.
Qualifications & Experience : 
  • Matriculation or Intermediate preferred.
  • Valid LTV driving license.
  • Good knowledge of Lahore routes and traffic regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as a Driver, Store Driver, Delivery Driver, Logistics Driver, or a similar role.
  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations will be preferred.
  • Proven track record of safe driving, timely deliveries, and inventory handling.
  • Experience in maintaining vehicle logs and delivery documentation.
