Hiring SysOps Engineer from Karachi | Oniste Opportunty

A lead financial investment  company based in Los Angeles  providing  regulatory technology software solutions to the financial sector multiple industries.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced SysOps Engineer to support Finchor's technical operations.

The purpose of this role is to reduce dependency on one person, create stronger technical backup, and support the business as it moves towards wider operational coverage.

This is a hands-on role focused on infrastructure, APIs, trading platform integrations, CRM integrations, payment processor integrations, DNS/domain management, frontend/backend connectivity, and email delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the AWS environment, including RDS, S3, Lambda, and IAM policies/user access.

  
  

• Build, secure, and maintain backend APIs.

  
  

• Ensure reliable connectivity between backend APIs and the frontend application.

  
  

• Manage DNS configurations and security settings through Cloudflare.

  
  

• Support domain transitions and ongoing domain management.

  
  

• Manage custom page redirections on the WordPress website.

  
  

• Maintain the integration layer between the frontend and backend APIs.

  
  

• Act as the technical point of contact for third-party trading platforms, CRM providers, and payment processors.

  
  

• Configure and monitor data flow between external platforms and internal systems.

  
  

• Manage and optimise SMTP services through SendGrid for reliable system email delivery.
  

  
  

• Communicate clearly with the Director, internal team members, and external technical providers

  
  

Requirements:

• Mid to senior-level experience in SysOps, DevOps, infrastructure support, or technical operations.

  
  

• Strong experience with AWS, especially RDS, S3, Lambda, and IAM.

  
  

• Experience building, securing, and maintaining backend APIs.

  
  

• Good understanding of frontend/backend connectivity.

  
  

• Experience with Cloudflare, DNS, domain management, and domain transitions.

  
  

• Experience with SMTP/email delivery services such as SendGrid.

  
  

• Experience with trading platforms, CRM systems, payment processors, or similar third party integrations.

  
  

• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

  
  

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

  
  

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  
  

• Good communication skills with internal teams and external providers.

  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech, RegTech, brokerage, trading, or financial services software.

  
  

• WordPress technical maintenance experience.

  
  

• Previous experience supporting shift-based, extended-hours, or round-the-clock operations.

  
  

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day WFH)
Working Timings: 10:00 to 06:00
