At the end of the 1980s, we extended ours beyond the Middle East and acquired land in Portugal for the construction of a sterile factory for injectable pharmaceutical products. This was an important turning point for the company, and our first step into a new region. Today, in Portugal, we have more than 1000 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines. 


Hikma, intends to recruit a Manager, Change Management & Employee Wellbeing (EU) (m/f) to integrate Change Management, Well- being and Internal Comms  Department, on-site work.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a holistic wellbeing strategy for Europe that aligns with organizational goals and incorporates industry best practices for physical, mental, and emotional health across the region;
  • Collaborate with People Partners and People Operations to integrate wellbeing practices into recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Ensure that wellbeing initiatives are aligned with benefits provision across the region;
  • Sets KPIs, conducts regular assessments and analyzes data to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of wellbeing programs, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable strategies;
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops that educate employees and line managers on wellbeing topics and resilience strategies;
  • Serve as an advocate for employee wellbeing, providing guidance on wellbeing-related matters and promoting a supportive workplace culture;
  • Engage with vendors, external organizations, community groups, and industry leaders to enhance wellbeing initiatives and stay informed on best practices;
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support organizational transitions, ensuring clear communication and successful adoption of wellbeing initiatives;
  • Organize regional events and activities that foster employee engagement, morale, and a sense of community across the organization;
  • Promote engagement and adoption of well-being programs and initiatives;
  • Analyses project specific success criteria and metrics to provide relevant stakeholders with a comprehensive reports.

Profile:


  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or Human Resources;
  • 4-7 years of experience in years relevant experience;
  • Expertise in employee wellbeing and employee experience;
  • Knowledge of mental health initiatives and wellness programs;
  • Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement;
  • Experience in change management;
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills;
  • Effective stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Ability to collaborate across multicultural and cross-functional teams;
  • Experience in planning and implementing HR strategies and initiatives;
  • Should have attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
