Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq, ensuring consistent brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth in a unique luxury desert resort environment.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing, the Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, supporting campaign development, managing digital and social media presence, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening the resort's brand positioning while driving awareness, guest acquisition, and loyalty.
The Assistant Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales, Operations, Revenue, and Brand teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns, create engaging content, monitor campaign performance, and ensure all communications align with brand standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, project management abilities, and a solid understanding of luxury hospitality marketing.
