Bar Operations & Maintenance:
Setting up and breaking down the bar station. This includes washing and sanitizing glassware, wiping down counters, and prepping garnishes, ice, and mixers.


Financial Transactions:
Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, processing cash, credit card, and mobile payments, splitting checks accurately, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of the shift.


Inventory & Restocking:
Monitoring liquor, beer, wine, and supply levels throughout the shift, restocking shelves and coolers, and reporting low inventory to management.


Responsible Alcohol Service:
Checking guest IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age, monitoring guest intoxication levels, and safely cutting off service when necessary.
