We are looking for a results-driven COO to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performance culture, enabling the Founder to focus on strategic growth, AI implementation, and long-term vision.Responsibilities:- Lead day-to-day operations across all business divisions; manage department heads and ensure target achievement- Drive revenue growth and operational excellence; implement KPIs, SOPs, dashboards, and accountability systems- Lead the successful launch and operation of the new Business Center; build scalable systems for future expansion- Improve customer experience and service quality across all touchpoints- Coordinate closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives and organizational transformation


Requirements- Minimum 10–15 years of senior leadership experience with proven success in managing multi-department operations- Strong commercial and revenue growth mindset; experience implementing KPIs, SOPs, ERP/CRM, and performance management frameworks- Background in business services, consultancy, hospitality, business centers, real estate, or professional services is an advantage- Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic is a strong advantage- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability, high integrity, and an entrepreneurial mindset
