Job description

NES is working with an EPC firm to hire a Contracts Administrator to join the team in Qatar.  You will be responsibe for:
Roles & Responsibilities
• Preparation of the RFP packages
• Manage the Tendering process
• Manage queries and Tender Bulletins
• Lead the negotiations with Contractors (Technical and T&Cs)
• Generate commercial recommendations to the Client
• Contractual change control relating to cost and time
• Programme monitoring and progress meetings
• Payment certification and cash flow forecast
• Claims administration
• Drive the deliverables and inputs as required from the quantity surveyors
• Coordinate with different Project Stakeholders such as Contractors, Engineers, Client and Legal.
• Management of bonds/guarantees Qualifications and Experience 
Essential Skills and Experience
• 3+ experience in an EPCM project environment on capital projects specifically in the administration of construction and services contracts
• Contracts/Legal relating training
• Experience with drafting and execution of commercial terms and conditions and an understanding of accompanying legal implications
• Strong Management and negotiation skills
• Experience working on large construction sites
• Excellent understanding of procurement processes and corporate governance principles
• Ability to fit into a team environment and personal skills to compliment teamwork
development.
