Premium Solutions Consultancy is assisting a leading international Beauty and Wellness Center in Qatar in hiring a qualified and experienced Dermatologist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert dermatological care, overseeing laser and cosmetic procedures, and ensuring superior client satisfaction through professional service delivery and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities :
• Perform accurate diagnosis and treatment of various skin, hair, and cosmetic concerns.
• Conduct medical assessments before initiating dermatological or aesthetic procedures.
• Deliver dermatology and laser treatments following approved medical protocols and safety standards.
• Counsel clients on skincare routines, treatment expectations, and maintenance plans.
• Supervise and ensure the upkeep, sterilization, and safety of dermatological and laser equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records, including treatment details and follow-ups.
• Provide training and guidance to nursing and support staff in dermatology-related procedures.
• Promote cross-selling of skincare and aesthetic services, contributing to business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Participate in promotional events and contribute to client engagement activities.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve revenue and client satisfaction goals.

✅ Requirements:
• Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology (MD / equivalent) .
• Valid license to practice in Qatar or eligibility for DHP licensing.
• Proven experience in aesthetic dermatology and laser treatments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.
• Ability to achieve departmental performance and revenue targets.
