Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Qatar
Salary: QAR 15,000 per month
We are seeking a talented Housekeeping Manager to oversee and elevate the standards of our clients’ properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff across multiple properties
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold industry standards.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement of housekeeping supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and deliver seamless guest services.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and staffing requirements efficiently.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Qatar is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
