  • Proficient in CAFM System for reviewing and closing HVAC related work request.
  • Responsible for preparing RFEs and Maintaining HVAC-related documentation
  • Coordinate material arrangements and distribution as per the site requirements.
  • Supervise and lead a team of 10+ HVAC technicians, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across commercial and critical infrastructure facilities.
  • Lead HVAC service continuity for DCI central plants, supporting uptime targets of for essential services.
  • Prepare survey reports and RFEs,  attach quotations,  and  submit through CAFM Software for client review and approval.
  • Manage PPM and CM work orders in Marafiq CAFM Software,  including  closing work orders,  updating  checklists,  estimating  WRs,  tracking  pending RFEs,  and generating maintenance reports.
  • Perform diagnostics, servicing, and calibration of over 150 HVAC units including AHUs, FCUs, chillers and ventilation systems, enhancing system reliability.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and fault-finding on mechanical equipment, reducing system downtime through prompt corrective action.
  • Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS), responding to alarms and system failures to maintain 24/7 climate control in data centers and mission-critical environments.
  • Develop and implement structured preventive maintenance schedules, resulting in a reduction in emergency breakdowns.
  • Maintain and audit KPI documentation;  generate monthly performance and compliance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with clients and contractors,  scheduling  and facilitating weekly meetings to align HVAC activities with project milestones.
  • Manage and organize technical documentation,  work  orders,  and  maintenance logs to ensure regulatory compliance and traceability.
  • Support project managers by preparing progress,  tracking  reports, and contributing to risk mitigation strategies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in a wide range of HVAC equipment,  including VRF systems,  DX  units,  package  units,  AHUs, FAHUs,  and split systems,  optimizing energy use and lifecycle performance.

Requirements
  • Should have 6+ years of experience in HVAC Systems.
  • Should have experience in supervising and leading a team of 10+ HVAC technicians.
  • Should be available to start immediately.
  • Tentative Start Date - 19 July 2026
  • Project duration - 6-8 months
