Job Summary

The Marketing Executive maximizes the marketing team's profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas. Manages and oversees execution of marketing strategies. The role supports the work of marketing team on projects and activities aimed at developing marketing strategies and campaigns with overall goal of maximizing Company profit.




Job Responsibilities 1

Oversee and develop marketing campaigns.


Conduct research and analyzes data to identify and define audiences.


Devise and present ideas and strategies.


Compile and distribute financial and statistical information.


Organize events and product exhibitions.


Update databases using customer relationship management system (CRM).


Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.


Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.


Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.


Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.


Assist in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion

Job Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in market research techniques to analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.


Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing messages to target audiences through various channels.


Creativity and innovation to develop engaging marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and content that resonate with the target demographic.


Ability to utilize digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization, to reach and engage with customers online.


Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, and optimize strategies for maximum return on investment.


ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
