Key Responsibilities


·Provide basic medical care and first aid treatment to employees.


·Assess health conditions of staff and respond to workplace illnesses and injuries.


·Administer prescribed medications and treatments as required.


·Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and employee health documentation.


·Monitor and manage occupational health concerns, including workplace hazards and injury prevention.


·Ensure compliance with hygiene, infection control, and health & safety standards.


·Assist in emergency response and coordinate with external medical services when required.


·Conduct regular health checks and support wellness programs (e.g., vaccination drives, health screenings).


·Educate employees on health, hygiene, and preventive care practices.


·Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the medical room/clinic.



Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience


  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Nurse, preferably in occupational health, clinic, or hospital settings.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Valid nursing license/registration as per local authority requirements.
  • Experience in corporate, hotel, or industrial setting is an advantage.
