• Position: Sales Advisor
• Salary Range: QAR 4000 – QAR 5000
• Preferred Nationality: Philippines
• Age Range: 21-32
• Local/Overseas: Local candidates only
• Gender: Female
• Intended Joining Date: October


Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and assist VIP clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product and service information.
• Warmly greet customers and effectively communicate with them about goods and services.
• Update customer information in the database accurately.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Operate a cash register/scanner accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team to foster a valuable team environment.
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and respect for various cultures.
• Handle challenging situations with difficult customers with tact and professionalism.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Qatar market with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve issues professionally.
• Familiarity with operating a cash register/scanner.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
