Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, government, leisure, airline, travel trade, and wholesale segments.
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote the hotel's products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and agreements.
Negotiate rates and business terms within the hotel's approved pricing guidelines.
Promote guest rooms, meeting and event facilities, restaurants, and other hotel services.
Follow up on sales leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue Management, Front Office, Banquet Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, exhibitions, and sales missions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries, quotations, and contracts.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to departmental revenue goals.
Comply with hotel policies, brand standards, and ethical business practices.
Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Director of Sales.
