As a Site Engineer – Civil Structure, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of building construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the civil structural aspects of the construction process, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage construction activities related to civil structures.
• Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor and control project budgets and resources.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations on the construction site.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Local candidates with experience in building construction in Qatar.
• UPDA (Urban Planning and Development Authority) members are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proven experience in construction site supervision.
• Transferrable visas are required.
Salary and Benefits:
• Full package: 7,000 QAR to 8,000 QAR (depending on experience and qualifications).
