Job description

Primary Purpose of the Job

To assist in the provision of Catering Services at Station (PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, Al-Rayyan, FMB) by monitoring and directing staff in the preparation and serving of food and beverages. Also to be responsible for the quality of food service and facilities and the general housekeeping, functions to maintain proper sanitary / hygienic conditions.


Arrangements and supervision of day to day activities and special events in coordination with the Sr. Facility Services Supervisor (OFF), by leading a team of contract personnel, assigned at Offshore Station Facilities. Ensure the performance meets/exceeds the required standards set by the corporation and customer satisfaction levels are achieved or exceeded.  Ensures adherence to corporation policies / procedures.



Required Experience and Skills

1- A minimum of 5 years in International Standard Hotel or experience in industrial mess facilities and catering for private functions. Offshore experience is a plus factor.
2- HACCP certification is plus factor.
3- Fluent in spoken and written English and working knowledge of Arabic preferred.
4- Thorough knowledge of equipment, facilities, materials, methods and procedures used in services operations.
5- Knowledge of contract implementation.
6- Computer literate and preferably with experience in SAP.



Educational Qualifications

Higher Diploma in Hotel, Catering or Hospitality Management.
