Job description

  • The Technical Coordinator (Quality) provides technical support and coordination for the Restoration Project Quality team.
  • The position coordinates efficient inspection resource allocation via Request for Inspection (RFI) coordination and produces project RFI reporting metrics.

  • Support the Restoration Project Quality Team in coordinating all aspects of the project Request for Inspection (RFI) Verification program and ensure the Quality Control program is achieved.
  • Coordinate site inspection workflow from Contractor databases to assigned Company personnel, verifies the accuracy, and reconciles the completion status of the inspection performed for the daily and weekly RFI metrics.
  • Maintain, organize, analyze, update, and retrieve data from Quality Deficiency Control & data files and update records accordingly.
  • Quality Assessment program and reporting metrics.
  • Contribute to the preparation and compilation of reports, statistics and presentations ensuring company metrics and reporting requirements are met.
  • Anticipate and resolve information processing and handling RFI problems proactively to avoid disruptions.
  • Coordinate RFI logistical and administrative related activities transportation and induction of quality personnel.
  • Act as a quality team focal point for monthly timesheet collection, overtime preparation for approval.
  • Coordinates Site Quality Team inspections with site leaders and updates coverage calendars.
  • Support the document control function to administer document receipt, quality check, register and upload to SharePoint. Distribute to reviewer as pre-designed DDM code, follow up the overdue documents, weekly reports and DFO verification.

  • High School (Year 12) Certificate or higher qualification.
  • 8 years broad experience with projects and worldwide contractors and vendors.
  • Proficient command of written and spoken English.
  • Advanced keyboard and PC Skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of standard computer software.
  • Knowledge of some financial and budgetary processes.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organizational levels.

    • Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance
