POSITION SUMMARY
Provide highly personalized and attentive service to wedding couples, their families, and wedding guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout all wedding-related events and stays. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as the primary point of contact for wedding couples, VIP wedding guests, bridal parties, and family members, anticipating and fulfilling their needs with exceptional attention to detail.
Welcome and assist wedding guests upon arrival, coordinating closely with the Front Office team to ensure smooth check-in experiences and personalized room arrangements.
Deliver amenities, refreshments, coffee, tea, and other special requests promptly and professionally.
Review wedding event details, guest preferences, special occasions, and VIP requirements, communicating all pertinent information to relevant hotel departments to ensure flawless service delivery.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services teams to prepare and inspect guest rooms, bridal suites, and VIP accommodations, ensuring all arrangements meet expectations and special requests.
Conduct pre-arrival planning, including sending personalized pre-arrival communications and confirming special arrangements for wedding couples and key guests.
Escort wedding couples, VIPs, and family members to their accommodations or event venues when required, ensuring a warm and memorable arrival experience.
Be present during key wedding moments and guest arrivals to proactively address requests and provide personalized assistance.
Monitor and follow up on all wedding-related service requests, ensuring timely execution and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate laundry, pressing, and garment care services for wedding attire and guest clothing, ensuring prompt collection, delivery, and return.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and service recovery actions within hotel systems to support seamless guest experiences.
Work collaboratively with the Weddings, Events, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure the successful execution of wedding events and related guest experiences.
Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns promptly, and contribute to creating exceptional and memorable wedding celebrations that exceed guest expectations.
You will also be expected to create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Butler team members will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Butler team members – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Related Work Experience: 6-months related work experience required.
