Job Description:
At Ingram Micro, we connect people and technology to create real progress you can feel.
As one of the world's leading technology companies, we reach nearly 90% of the global population through our extensive ecosystem of partners, vendors, and customers. With operations in 57 countries and approximately 24,000 associates, we're helping businesses run better, grow faster, and embrace the future of technology.
It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing. Here, growth isn't abstract—it's felt in the impact you create, the relationships you build, and the opportunities you help unlock across the technology landscape.
At Ingram Micro, purpose starts with you.
We foster a culture built on ownership, collaboration, integrity, and continuous growth. We empower our associates to challenge what's possible, take initiative, and make a visible impact in their roles. Whether you're driving partner success, opening new markets, or building strategic relationships, you'll see how your work contributes to a bigger purpose—moving technology forward.
As a Business Development Manager – NetApp, you will play a critical role in accelerating NetApp's growth across Saudi Arabia while supporting Ingram Micro's strategic business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing the NetApp business strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market-share objectives.
Building and managing strong relationships with NetApp, channel partners, system integrators, and key enterprise customers.
Driving pipeline generation, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting successful deal closure through value-based selling.
Collaborating with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to execute demand-generation and partner enablement initiatives.
Analyzing market trends, competitive positioning, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and strategic actions.
Recruiting, developing, and activating channel partners to expand NetApp's presence and solution adoption across the Kingdom.
Managing forecasting, business planning, and regular business reviews to ensure alignment with vendor and company objectives.
We're looking for someone with:
A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Channel Management.
Proven experience in Storage, Cloud, Data Management, Infrastructure, or related technology solutions; NetApp experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabia IT channel ecosystem, including system integrators, service providers, and enterprise customers.
A track record of building pipelines, driving revenue growth, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A customer-first mindset with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build trusted business relationships.
A self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven approach with a passion for growth and innovation.
When your ambition meets opportunity, remarkable things happen.
You'll have the opportunity to be part of one of the most strategic and fast-growing areas of our business. We are committed to supporting your professional and personal development through access to LinkedIn Learning, world-class training programs, vendor certifications, and ongoing development opportunities.
You'll collaborate with talented colleagues across the region, gain exposure to leading technologies, and be empowered to grow your career while helping our partners and customers succeed.
At Ingram Micro, your success drives our success—and when you grow, we all move forward together.
We welcome applications from all qualified candidates and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone can grow, belong, and succeed.
You'll no longer be considered for this role and your application will be removed from the employer's inbox.
