We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Cluster IT Coordinator to oversee and support technology operations across multiple properties, including Miraval The Red Sea and Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. In this dynamic role, you will ensure consistency, efficiency, and security in all IT systems and services, contributing to the smooth digital operation of two world-class resorts.
Scope of the Role:
The Cluster IT Coordinator is responsible for maintaining seamless IT operations across both properties. This includes managing system administration, providing technical support, assisting with IT projects, and ensuring adherence to cybersecurity protocols. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and vendors to maintain operational excellence, while also offering user support, managing IT inventory, and assisting in audits and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both on-site and remote issues across the hotel cluster
Administer and maintain systems, servers, and network devices in line with Hyatt brand standards
Support the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades
Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, installations, and issue resolution
Ensure consistent application of IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity protocols across all locations
Conduct staff training on IT tools, systems, and security best practices
Manage IT asset inventory including procurement, allocation, and disposal tracking
Assist with data backups, recovery processes, and system monitoring
Prepare IT reports and support internal/external audits for both properties
Maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and issue resolution
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2–3 years of IT experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of network systems, Microsoft environments, server maintenance, and cybersecurity
Experience supporting multiple properties or departments is a plus
Familiarity with hospitality-specific systems such as PMS, POS, and back-office platforms
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to manage priorities across multiple locations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic
Saudi National (preferred)
