This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective contract administration and governance within a major airport operation setting, supporting Tibah’s commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth under the PPP model.
The Contracts Management Senior Specialist will oversee contract development, negotiation, compliance, and risk mitigation activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to safeguard the company’s interests and sustain high service standards.

Job Purpose To manage the full lifecycle of contracts, related LOA, PR, PO, Payments and ensure all agreements are properly structured, executed, monitored, and closed in compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
The role supports commercial and operational objectives by mitigating contractual risks and ensuring value delivery from all contracts.
Responsibilities · Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and closeout · Create and follow the related LOA, PR, PO, Payments and ensuring all the process cycle is placed timely · Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks, obligations, and compliance requirements · Coordinate with legal, finance, and operational departments to ensure contracts meet organizational needs · Maintain comprehensive contracts register and ensure all contracts are tracked and up to date · Monitor contract performance, milestones, deliverables, and SLAs to ensure compliance by all parties · Identify and manage contract variations, amendments, extensions, and renewals in a timely manner · Support tendering and procurement processes by reviewing RFPs, ITTs, and contract award documentation · Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers on contractual matters and dispute resolution · Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies · Prepare contract status reports, dashboards, and management updates · Develop and implement contract management procedures, templates, and guidelines · Conduct contract risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies · Coordinate with finance on payment terms, invoicing, and financial obligations under contracts · Support audits and ensure contract documentation is maintained in an audit-ready state · Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for contract-related queries across departments Identify opportunities for contract consolidation, cost savings, and process improvement Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Master's degree is an advantage.
Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) (preferred) Minimum 6 years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or legal affairs, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, or a regulated industry.
Including at least 1 year leading a team.
