"Key Responsibilities


Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases across multiple environments.


Ensure database performance, security, and high availability (HA/DR configurations).


Perform regular backups, restores, and recovery operations.


Troubleshoot database issues and optimize performance.


Monitor database systems to ensure stability and scalability.


Plan and execute database upgrades, migrations, and patching.


Implement database policies, standards, and best practices.


Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support business systems.


Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.


Minimum 10+ years of experience in database administration.


Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.


Strong experience in high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) environments.


Experience in clustering and database troubleshooting.


Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Azure Administrator Associate are preferred.


Knowledge of Oracle Administration is a plus.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Good English communication skills.
