KBR is looking for an E&I Engineer - responsible for providing input for FMEA & RCM Studies which requires failure history analysis of field equipments from SAP & FRACAS system. PM Plan Gap identification, PM task list review/updation and Bill of Material updation for all Electrical Assets. Making SMP / Asset strategies for field equipment.
Responsibilities:
To Collect all the required data from field, CMMS/SAP and document management system.
PM task list review, development and updation. Verify the gap on task list from field implementation practices and propose the necessary changes in PM task List.
Verify the Asset details available in CMMS database with field installation from equipment Name Plate.
Read and refer the Equipment drawing to provide data for Bill of Material updation.
Coordinate with warehouse/Maint.dept for spare parts inspection & getting the part details
Coordinate with OEM for collecting the required Bill of material and other part details
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry.
Good understanding of refinery assets for Electrical disciplines.
Experience in SAP PM/MM Module usage
Ability to retrieve/read and understand P&ID, SLD, Schematics, GA Drawings, Cross Section drawings, Assembly drawings and O&M Manuals for equipment
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.
Data analysis and report writing skills.
Attention to details.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Proficient in verbal and written English.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering with sound fundamentals and technical skills on refinery assets is required.
Minimum 10+ years’ relevant Experience in the Oil / Gas/petrochemical industry.
Experience in SAP-PM Module is must.
Experience with Refinery/ Petrochemical asset operations, maintenance, and Hand-over activities is must.
Should have prepared SMPs / strategies for maintenance of electrical assets.
Should have hands on experience on routine maintenance and upkeep of refinery/ petrochemical equipment /Electrical equipments (Motors, Transformers, switchgears etc)
Knowledge about Reliability studies (FMEA & RCM) will be an added advantage.
