We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Warehouse Operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure while minimizing downtime and supporting operational continuity.
Responsibilities diagnose and repair electrical faults in trucks and heavy vehicles.
Troubleshoot vehicle electrical systems and components.
Respond to electrical breakdowns and maintenance requests.
Restore vehicle operation within required timelines.
Perform scheduled preventive electrical maintenance activities.
Inspect vehicle wiring, batteries, alternators, starters, lighting systems, and electrical components.
Replace defective electrical parts and components.
Maintain maintenance records and inspection checklists.
Follow electrical safety procedures and company HSE requirements.
Use proper tools, testing equipment, and PPE.
Report safety hazards and incidents.
Assist in the installation and replacement of electrical systems and components in trucks.
Test newly installed electrical components and ensure proper functionality.
Ensure all repairs and installations meet technical standards.
Update maintenance logs and service reports.
Report recurring electrical issues and recommend corrective actions Diploma in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Electrical Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in electrical maintenance of trucks, heavy vehicles, or fleet operations.
Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, wiring, batteries, alternators, starters, sensors, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.
Understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Valid electrical certification or trade license is preferred.
