Factory Manager

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Factory Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
  
• Manage production planning and resource allocation effectively.
  
• Supervise and lead production, maintenance, and quality teams.
  
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  
• Monitor production costs and optimize factory performance.
  
• Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
  
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvement initiatives.
  

1. Factory Operations Management – Ability to manage end-to-end manufacturing activities.
   
2. Production Planning – Experience in scheduling and resource optimization.
   
3. Team Leadership – Capability to lead large operational teams.
   
4. Quality Control – Knowledge of maintaining product quality standards.
   
5. English & Arabic Communication – Effective communication with workforce and management.
   

• Gulf manufacturing experience.
  
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
  
• Process improvement and cost optimization expertise.
  

Candidates must possess 10–15 years of manufacturing and factory management experience in India. Gulf-return candidates are preferred. Experience handling large-scale production environments and multicultural teams is highly desirable.

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field (Typical)
  
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Operations/Industrial Management (Typical)
  
• Additional: Relevant Manufacturing Certifications (Typical)
