• Prepare and recommend sales section budget by conducting analysis and preparing data related to specific elements as
directed.
• Monitor the financial performance of the sales section against budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory. performance
• are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
• Business planning to enhance accounts and Brands performance through team activities.
• Manage the daily operations of the sales section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and
• comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
• Ensure team Knowledge and selling skills meet high standard level.
• Collaborate with Cross-function to ensure Brand availability and access to patients.
• Manage preparing timely and accurate reports to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
• Manage activities and work of subordinates and evaluate their performance by providing formal and informal
• feedback to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out efficiently and in accordance with set individual
targets.
• Conduct regular Mid-Year review with team members to enhance their individual Performance.
• Able to spend 80% time in Field related Business requirements.
