Riyadh Air is seeking experienced Flight Simulator Instructors to support our A321 fleet. This is a key position within our Flight Operations department, where you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, simulator-based pilot training.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance, while aligning training delivery with Riyadh Air’s core values. You will contribute to the continuous development of pilot competencies through structured instruction, performance evaluation, and ongoing curriculum improvement, helping to foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and innovation across Flight Operations Training.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must bring a strong foundation of instructional and operational experience. This includes a minimum of 1,000 hours as a Simulator Instructor within an airline flight operations environment, or at least 1,000 hours of instructional experience on an aircraft type relevant to the Riyadh Air fleet. In addition, candidates should have accumulated a minimum of 2,500 flying hours as a Pilot-in-Command (Captain) within a commercial airline setting.
