The IT Manager for KSA will be responsible for leading and managing company’s Information Technology, aligning an organization's IT operations with its broader business goals Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Planning: Plans and oversees new IT projects, as well as maintenance and upgrade planning for Communications, Networks, and Security within the Automotive Division.
Infrastructure & Operations: Leading and responsible of IT PTI centers infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
Managing and responsible Microsoft enterprise environment (Licensing, AD, O365, Azure, etc.
). Managing and responsible Cybersecurity & communications solutions (Cisco Meraki, Crowdstrike, Splunk, etc.
) Project Management & Innovation: Leads, analyzes, designs, and actively participates in the development and implementation of new projects within the Automotive Division.
Governance & Compliance: Responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with the Group's IT policies and procedures within the Automotive Division.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Participates in projects with other Divisions or Departments both nationally and internationally.
Team Leadership & Development: Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing IT team.
Fosters a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
Master of Science in Information Technology or an MBA with a focus on technology management is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Proven experience building IT roadmaps, managing substantial departmental budgets, and working directly with C-level executives.
Knowledge of Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, Cisco Meraki, AD, O365, Virtualization (Proxmox), Data Engine (SQL Server, Postgres) Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Arabic language.
