Responsibilities Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
Support senior QS engineers in quantity take-offs and measurement calculations.
Help monitor and control project costs to ensure budget compliance throughout all project phases.
Assist in the preparation of variation orders and contract documentation.
Maintain accurate records of project costs, invoices, and related financial documents.
Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant data and support decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all quantity surveying activities.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Basic understanding of quantity surveying principles, construction methods, and cost control techniques.
Familiarity with industry software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
